“My hair is so messed up today.” She complained.

“No, it looks fine.”

“Argh… they all grow in different ways.”

Every thought is a seed in our head. When we are thinking, it buds out as a hair. It grows longer and longer, and never stops. At night when we are asleep, it grows even faster. Who knows how many thoughts are there when we want our brain to rest.

Soon they get twisted, tied, stuck, and intertwined.

Of course they are intertwined. There are thousands of hairs, thousands of thoughts. No wonder we get confused, irritated, upset, and frustrated.

“Why don’t you just tie it up?” Since we can stop our thoughts from growing, we’ve got to sort them out.

She wasn’t speaking, and I captured this moment.
