Don’t underrate the people who get the things done. The idea-providers are also important, but they are only talking without the execution. An idea takes a lot of people and works to achieve, but when it succeed people tend to only focus on who come up with it. Doing the things may not be exciting, but it’s necessary. It’s usually repeating and time-consuming. You have to get your hands dirty and get down to the nitty-gritty, or dreams would always be dreams. In fact, we always don’t lack eloquent decision-makers and innovative creators. But we also need engineers, technicians, constructors, practitioners, etc. to finish every task. Don’t overlook the hands rolling the world forward.
